Honestco Partners with ITRI at SEMICON Taiwan 2026
to Showcase High-Frequency Chips : Event Concludes Successfully
Honestco , as a partner of ITRI and the National Chung-Shan Institute of Science and Technology in the field of high-frequency semiconductor measurement, successfully concluded its participation in last week’s SEMICON Taiwan 2026 exhibition.
At this event, we exhibited simultaneously in two booths, committed to creating a “precise, stable, and low-loss” RF testing environment for our customers through professional consultation and high-precision measurement.
In Collaboration with ITRI (Hall 1, 4th Floor, Booth L0700): High-Frequency Measurement Solutions for CoPoS Chips
At this exhibition, Honestco and ITRI jointly exhibited on the 4th floor of Hall 1, offering on-site measurement services for testing the high-frequency signal transmission characteristics of CoPoS chips. By integrating our proprietary probe station measurement system with high-specification T-PLUS probes, we have established a measurement environment in the exhibition area that ensures extremely high data fidelity. Through professional consultation and high-precision measurements, we demonstrate how we help R&D teams overcome high-frequency measurement challenges ranging from micron-scale wafers to large-size PCBs to ensure the accurate characterization of CoPoS chip transmission characteristics.
In Collaboration with the Chinese Academy of Sciences (Hall 2, 7th Floor, Booth T9029): Double-Sided Measurement and T-PLUS Probe Technology
At the exhibition area on the 7th floor of Hall 2, Honestco showcased a comprehensive RF infrastructure solution spanning from PCBs to wafers to address advanced measurement needs for complex layouts. To overcome the technical challenges of simultaneously testing both sides of a PCB, the HPS-RFPDS300 dual-sided probe station was showcased on-site, significantly improving testing efficiency in R&D.
